At DRS Wires And Bright Bars LLP, we take immense pride in our state-of-the-art processing and testing facility, which stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation. Our one-stop-shop capability is one of our greatest strengths, allowing us to efficiently process wires and bright bars which are used in manufacturing of high tensile and special fasteners. Our advanced electrically heated, inert atmosphere, HMI-controlled bell annealing furnaces are designed for spheriodized annealing, ensuring superior quality. Additionally, our comprehensive facilities of bull-blocks, pickling and phosphate-lube coating enable us to consistently deliver high quality products. We boast an extensive range of material testing equipment, including spectrometer for chemical analysis and various mechanical inspectiontools to evaluate the metallurgical properties of materials, including heavy elements. Our in-house testing capabilities encompass all types of hardness testing (Rockwell and Brinell), tensile and load testing and more.
Our advanced technological equipment includes Hitachi Spectrometer, Olympus Metallurgical Microscope with image Analyser, Computerised Brinell Hardness Testing Machine, Universal Testing Machine, Upsetting machine and many more. All tests are conducted on site, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. We also feature an in-house weigh bridge for precise measurement. Our state-of-the-art machinery includes the Inverted Vertical Drum (IVD) and bull blocks, which enable us to draw wires into independent stands and customise internal diameters according to customer specifications. We excel in processing bright steel bars, center-less turned bars/peeled bars and ground bars, with capability to deliver large quantities of finished bright bars in a short timeframe. Our facility is equipped with 100% power backup, adequate material handling infrastructure, proper storage areas and skilled manpower. We ensure traceability for every single coil or bar from the arrival of raw materials to the final product, maintaining rigorous standards throughout the entire process.
