Wire Rods

Wire rod is a cylindrical, elongated metal product typically produced in coil form. This material can be manufactured from various metals, including steel, aluminium, copper, and stainless steel etc. Wire rods are available in circular or polygonal cross-sections, with our offerings being circular R.M of different grades.

Wire Drawing Process

The wire drawing process is simple yet precise. It begins with placing a spool of wire in coil form at the entry of the machine. The end of the wire is cut and pointed to allow smooth feeding into the system. As the wire moves through the machine, it passes through a series of dies that gradually reduce its diameter to the required cross-section. At the outlet, a coil collector gathers the finished wire, which is then bound and packed according to customer specifications regarding weight and packaging type. Throughout the entire process—from material receipt to final dispatch—strict identification and traceability are maintained to ensure consistent quality.

We are capable of producing wire rods ranging from 4 mm to 32 mm in diameter.
